Aaron Washington

Aaron Washington is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader with a diverse background in operations and development. As Founder and CEO of House Elite Sports Performance since July 2021, Washington has demonstrated a commitment to excellence in sports performance. Concurrently serving on the Practice Development Team at Creative Planning since February 2018, Washington also held the title of Operations Manager. Prior experience includes founding and acting as Creative Director at Somnium, LLC from May 2014 to January 2020, and working in Broker Dealer Operations - Client Service at Waddell & Reed from August 2015 to February 2018. Aaron Washington earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations from the University of Missouri-Kansas City between 2012 and 2015.
