Kumar Swamy P K is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and team leadership. Currently serving as Team Lead at Creative Synergies Group since June 2021, Kumar specializes in MTM Analysis and PFEP studies, as well as the generation of 4M and time-study documents. Prior to this role, Kumar was a Senior Engineer - Simulation at SACHA from November 2013 to May 2021, focusing on process planning, validation, virtual robotic cell build-up, weld gun selection, and BIW fixture validation. Academically, Kumar holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University and a Diploma in Automobile Engineering from S J Polytechnic, Bangalore.
