Jennifer Merz, MBA, PMP

Jennifer Merz, MBA, PMP has a strong background in project management, particularly in the field of information technology. Jennifer is currently working at Creative Technology Solutions as an Information Technology Project Manager. Prior to this, they held a similar role at ProMedica from March 2022 to May 2023.

Before joining ProMedica, Jennifer worked at HCR ManorCare for seven years as a Technical Project Manager. In this role, they focused on MACD efforts, networking projects, and process improvements within the IS department. Jennifer earned their MBA in management in December 2019 and became a certified PMP in December 2020.

Jennifer Merz, MBA, PMP has a strong educational background in business and communication. Jennifer obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Baldwin Wallace University, attending from 2017 to 2019. Prior to their MBA, Jennifer completed an Associate's Degree in Computer Software Technology/Technician from the University of Toledo in 2014.

Jennifer's educational journey began at Bowling Green State University from 1993 to 1997, where they earned their Bachelor's Degree in Communication Disorders Sciences and Services.

In addition to their degrees, Jennifer also holds the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, which they obtained in December 2020.
