David Roman

David Roman has had a variety of roles and experiences in the field of technical directing and camera operation. David started their career as a Freelance Technical Director for Univision Local Media Chicago in 2005 and then worked for Video Replay, Inc. as an AV Tech, Technical Director, and Camera Operator from 2006 to 2011. From 2010 to 2015, David freelanced for Fox Broadcasting Company and Event Engineering. In 2010, they also began freelancing as a Director and Technical Director for Program Productions, where they worked on numerous live events including the NBA, NFL, and MLB. In 2011, they joined Show Services, Inc. as a Freelance Director, Technical Director, Camera Operator, Projectionist, and Graphics Operator. From 2011 to 2017, David worked for Silver Chalice Ventures as a Director and Technical Director, managing the technical aspects of live studio productions. Most recently, they have been the Managing Director for TDA Network at Broadcast Management Group since 2017.

David Roman attended Columbia College Chicago from 2000 to 2005, where they obtained a bachelor's degree in Broadcast/Television.
