Roy Luster

Roy Luster is an experienced project manager and technical director with a career spanning over three decades in the events and audio-visual industry. Currently serving as a project manager at Creative Technology since February 2023, Luster has also held the position of technical director at Luster Event Services since 2021. Previous roles include project manager at Creative Technology from 2014 to 2020 and at several other companies including AV Concepts and PSL USA. Luster's journey began as a stage manager at Staging Techniques, further developing comprehensive expertise in technical direction and project management throughout the career.
