Susan Nicholson

Susan Nicholson is a seasoned lighting professional with extensive experience in technical management and lighting design. Currently serving as Technical Manager for Lighting at Creative Technology since January 2023, Susan has a long-standing role as a Lighting Designer for CAPE COD REPERTORY THEATRE COMPANY INCORPORATED since 2005, where Susan designs for musicals, plays, and special events while maintaining and upgrading lighting systems. Previous experience includes a variety of roles at WorldStage, Inc. from 2005 to January 2023, encompassing project management, production electrics, programming, and lighting design for significant events. Prior to that, Susan held positions at HGLD- Herrick Goldman Lighting Design, contributing to both theatrical presentations and public events. Susan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Athletic Training/Trainer and Theatre from Purdue University and a Master of Fine Arts in Technical Theatre/Theatre Design and Technology-Lighting from The University of Memphis.
