Caroline Hinds McIpd

Caroline Hinds MCIPD has a strong background in HR and operations management, with experience spanning over 15 years. Caroline began their career as an Admin Assistant at North West Vision in 2004 and progressively moved up to roles such as Operations Coordinator/PA and Office Manager. In 2008, they joined V+M as an HR & Operations Manager, where they quickly excelled and became the right-hand person to the CEO. Caroline then spent six years at Creative England, starting as an HR & Ops Manager before being promoted to Head of HR & Operations. Since 2016, they have been with Creative UK, where they currently hold the position of Director of People & Operations. This role allows their to leverage their expertise in talent acquisition and cultivate strong relationships across both private and public sectors.
