Gretchen Lemay

Gretchen LeMay has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Gretchen is currently the Head of People at creative werks, llc, starting in July 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Vice President of HR at UPG Enterprises LLC from March 2022 to July 2022. Gretchen also served as the Director of Human Resources at UPG Enterprises LLC from July 2018 to March 2022. Before that, they worked as the Director of Human Resources Business Partner at Performance Health from April 2017 to May 2018 and as the Director of HR Business Partner at CNA Insurance from September 2015 to April 2017. Gretchen has also had significant roles at Exelon, including Manager of Human Resources and Principal HR Business Partner. In addition, they were involved in special assignments as a member of the HR Merger Team and the Staffing & Selection team during mergers and integration processes within Exelon. Earlier in their career, they held positions as a Senior Human Resources Generalist, Recruiter, and HR Associate.

Gretchen LeMay attended St. Norbert College from 2000 to 2004, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Sociology.
