Anne-Marie Concepción

Anne-Marie Concepción has had a diverse and extensive work experience in the digital design and publishing industry. In 1987, they founded Seneca Design & Training, Inc., a consulting and training company that specializes in various software programs and business practices. Anne-Marie has also been an Adobe Certified Instructor for over a decade and is currently a Design and Layout Certified Instructor.

In 2002, Anne-Marie became a trainer, consultant, and writer for Adobe Systems, where they also became a member of several affiliated groups such as Adobe Certified Instructor, Adobe Community Professional, Adobe Influencer, and Adobe Freelancer.

Anne-Marie co-founded InDesignSecrets.com and CreativePro Network, Inc. in 2005, both of which provide resources and support for creative professionals in the graphic design, printing, and digital publishing industries. Anne-Marie has also been a columnist for Creativepro.com and a speaker at the InDesign Conference organized by Mogo media.

As of 2013, Anne-Marie became the publisher of CreativePro.com and InDesign Magazine. Anne-Marie is also the co-producer of PEPCON: The Print + ePublishing Conference. Additionally, they have been an author and presenter for lynda.com, developing and presenting video tutorial titles covering various topics such as Acrobat Pro, EPUB, Kindle, InDesign, InCopy, Facebook, and Twitter.

Anne-Marie Concepción obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communications & Theatre from the University of Iowa, where they attended from 1974 to 1979. Anne-Marie then pursued a Master of Arts degree in Education from Northwestern University, graduating between 1980 and 1983. In addition to their formal education, Anne-Marie has obtained several certifications related to graphic design and software proficiency. Anne-Marie has completed courses such as "InDesign 2021 New Features," "Managing Conversions Between Adobe CC and Microsoft Office," and "InDesign 2020 New Features" through LinkedIn.
