Aanika Lal is an experienced talent acquisition and people operations leader with a proven track record in scaling teams and developing HR infrastructures. Currently serving as the People and Talent Acquisition Lead at CreativeX, Aanika has successfully expanded the company's headcount and implemented strategic talent initiatives in collaboration with C-level stakeholders. Previously, as the Talent and People Operations Manager at Atom Finance, Aanika was instrumental in establishing the company's first formal HR systems and processes. With a strong background in diversity, equity, and inclusion from Eliot Partnership, along with experience in executive search and recruiting, Aanika holds a Diversity and Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
