Marian Knotts

Marian Knotts currently serves as the Education and Engagement Coordinator at AIA|DC, a position held since July 2024, supporting education programs and various committees for the Washington Chapter of The American Institute of Architects Inc. Previously, Marian participated in the PEP Fellowship program at the Creator Institute, where the focus was on composing a creative piece. Experience includes roles as Program Associate with the Council of Chief State School Officers, Research Associate at WestEd, and Education Pioneers Impact Fellow, specializing in qualitative and quantitative research support. Academic qualifications include a Master of Education in International Education Policy and Management from Vanderbilt Peabody College and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, with additional studies at the University of Copenhagen.
