Lilla Farias

Lilla Farias has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Lilla started their career in 2001 as the Coordenação Administrativa e Comercial at ALEC | Ancona Lopez Engenharia and held this position until 2008. Lilla then joined Arte e Eventos as the Coordenador Administrativo from 2009 to 2012.

In 2013, Lilla returned to ALEC | Ancona Lopez Engenharia as the Coordenação Administrativa e Comercial, a role they held until 2019. Following this, they became the Gerente Administrativo at Bouquet Beleza e Bem-Estar from April to December 2019.

In 2020, Lilla worked as the Assistente Executiva e Produção at Propague SP from February to May, and then took on the role of Analista de Customer Experience at PlayKids from November 2020 to December 2021. Lilla achieved second place in the Prêmio Reclame Aqui for best online service in 2020/2021.

From May to December 2021, Lilla was the Business Owner of Mãozinha na Roda, providing administrative assistance to women entrepreneurs during the pandemic. Lilla successfully managed a portfolio of seven clients within three months.

Currently, Lilla is working as Community Success at Creators.llc starting from January 2022.

Lilla Farias attended Faculdades Oswaldo Cruz from 2017 to 2018, where they pursued a post-graduate degree in Comunicação Social RTV. Lilla does not have a specified degree for this period. Additionally, Lilla Farias obtained a certification in Marketing de Conteúdo from Rock Content in June 2020.
