Azad Soni

Azad Soni is a data science professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently, Azad is contributing to CRED since November 2021, focusing on data science initiatives. Prior to that, at Info Edge India Ltd from May 2017 to November 2021, Azad served as Lead Data Scientist, leading a team to enhance job-candidate matching for Naukri and developing deep learning models for real-time candidate retrieval. Earlier roles included Senior Data Scientist and Data Scientist, where Azad implemented various methods to improve job search relevance and developed innovative solutions for personalized search experiences. Additionally, as Co-Founder of Blur Cut from September 2016 to July 2017, Azad created an Android application with impressive user engagement. Azad's foundational education includes a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.
