Gaurav Kumar is an experienced professional in engineering excellence and technical program management, currently working at CRED since November 2021. Previously, Gaurav held the role of Senior Technical Program Manager at Khatabook, where the focus was on developing a scalable payments platform for MSMEs in India. Gaurav's extensive experience includes positions at ShopX, Intuit, and Ola, where responsibilities encompassed managing cross-functional dependencies, facilitating project lifecycles, and ensuring timely delivery of key programs. Gaurav began professional tenure at Tata Consultancy Services as a System Analyst and later worked as a Senior Business Analyst at InterGlobe Technologies and Tata Steel. Gaurav holds a PGDM in Management Information Systems and Operations from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, as well as a BE in Computer Science from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra.
