Ronnie Lim

Ronnie Lim currently serves as the Director of Legal & Risk at Credence since June 2022. Prior experience includes over two decades at Astro Malaysia, where responsibilities encompassed negotiating strategic contracts, managing mergers and acquisitions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements as the Senior Assistant Vice President of Strategic Contracts and earlier roles in business development and corporate projects. Additional experience comprises a position as Assistant Manager in Group Audit at Usaha Tegas, focusing on legal compliance and audits, and working as an Advocate & Solicitor at David Lingam & Co. Ronnie Lim holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) degree from Universiti Malaya, obtained in 1992.
