Dhara Waghela Sheth

Dhara Waghela Sheth currently serves as Counsel and Director of Legal and Risk at Iterative Health, having joined the company in September 2023. Prior to this, Dhara spent nearly four years at Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP, first as a Corporate Associate focusing on healthcare transactions and earlier as a Summer Associate. The experience includes representing private equity investors, physician groups, hospitals, and health plans in M&A and strategic transactions. Additional legal roles include internships at Central Health Plan of California and the U.S. District Court. Dhara holds a JD from the University of California, Los Angeles - School of Law, an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management, a Bachelor of Science in Public Health Sciences, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from UC Irvine.
