Adel Abou Deif, the Executive Director of Legal A ffairs, has played a fundamental role in protecting company interests through his professional and prompt handling of all legal matters, legal records, contracts and procedural issues in courts and governmental agencies. He has been able to resolve long-standing cases, both in and out of court, through settlements acceptable to both parties.
Prior to joining Credence in 2001 as Director of Legal A ffairs, he worked as Legal Advisor for several companies. He practices in Preliminary Courts and Criminal Courts, the Supreme Court of Appeals, the Supreme Court of Cassation, the Supreme Constitutional Court, and the Supreme Administrative Court. Abou Deif holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
