Yauheni Lashkevich

Yauheni Lashkevich has held a variety of roles in the tech industry since 2009. In 2009, they were a Leading Specialist of Business Development at "Bank Moscow-Minsk" JSC, where they were responsible for the implementation and maintenance of information systems. In 2014, they moved to Andata as a Business Analyst, where they implemented and supported Microsoft CRM Dynamics. In 2015, they were the Head of IT-engineering department at ЗАО "АБСОЛЮТБАНК", where they were responsible for project planning, budgeting, and control. In 2016, they joined EPAM Systems as a Product Manager, where they managed two separate products and was responsible for strategy and vision, roadmap planning, requirements definition and prioritization, users and market research, and hypotheses validation. In 2019, they were the Regional Director in Belarus at Yandex, where they grew search share by 3% and was a part of the team that launched Ya. Station and Ya. Plus in Belarus. In 2020, they joined Daily Burn as Head Of Products, where they were fully responsible for the whole stack of cross-platform digital B2C products in the Health and Fitness niche. In 2022, they will join Credentially as Product Director.

Yauheni Lashkevich started their educational journey in 2005 at Belarus State Economic University, where they studied Economic Informatics, Business Informatics, and Management until 2010. In 2012, they attended Education Center of High-Tech Park to focus on Java Development. In 2015, Yauheni studied Mangement/resource management at Consulting group "ZiS" and in 2016 they attended Infobank/Alfa-Lab to study Agile product and project management. Additionally, Yauheni obtained a Product Management Foundations certification from Lynda.com in September 2017 and a Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 Customization and Configuration certification from Microsoft in October 2014.
