Chesshire Gaylor

Chesshire Gaylor is an experienced professional in the fields of customer experience and digital strategy, currently serving as the Global Chief Experience Officer at Credera since February 2024. Gaylor has held various significant roles since January 2018 at TA Digital, including Global CXO, VP Experience Strategy, and Global Strategy & Experience Lead, focusing on aligning business objectives with user needs. Prior to this, Gaylor founded Incite and served as VP of Customer Experience at Valtech, leading cross-office initiatives related to business analysis, user research, and experience design. Gaylor has a strong background in strategy and experience management, having worked in leadership roles at Rauxa, Siteworx, and SapientNitro, with a foundational education in Human-Computer Interaction and Psychology.
