Devon Desrosiers

Devon DesRosiers serves as the Director of People Strategy & Operations and Chief of Staff to the Global CEO at Credera, a global boutique consulting firm focused on strategy, transformation, data, and technology, since September 2018. Prior to this role, Devon has held positions as Manager, Senior Consultant, and Consultant at Credera. Devon also worked as President of the University of Florida Panhellenic Council, managing a large council and board structure, creating support programs for women, and successfully fundraising for community initiatives. Additional experience includes an internship at Black Knight Financial Services, where responsibilities involved content feedback and financial analysis, and serving as Campaign Operations Manager for a state senate campaign, focusing on strategy development and event coordination. Devon holds a Master of Science in Business Management from the University of Florida's Warrington College of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Florida.
