Manan Bhandari

Manan Bhandari is an experienced leader in the CRM and digital transformation space, currently serving as the Delivery Head for Global Delivery Centers at Credera since November 2022. Prior to this, Manan held multiple senior roles at Capgemini from December 2013 to October 2022, including the Head of the Digital CRM Practice for Financial Services in the APAC and Middle East regions. Manan's career also includes significant contributions at Infosys, GENPACT, and Tata Consultancy Services, where responsibilities encompassed leading CRM initiatives, establishing service lines, and enhancing customer experience across various sectors. Manan possesses a Post Graduate degree from ICAI, India, earned between 1996 and 2000.
