Kartik Sharma has worked in three different companies, starting with Credflow in 2021 as a Business Development Manager and Business Development Executive. In 2021, they also started working at Tradeindia.com - Infocom Network Private Limited as a Senior Executive. Prior to that, they worked at Zolo in 2019 as a Sales Intern.

Kartik Sharma completed their Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA from Bharati Vidyapeeth University Institute of Management and Research (BVIMR) in 2018, where they studied Finance and General. Kartik then went on to pursue their Master of Business Administration - MBA from Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship Development (BVDU), Pune, where they specialized in Marketing and Operations.
