Sofia Mesquita

Sofia Mesquita has over 15 years of experience in human resources, currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Banco Credibom SA since April 2008, focusing on recruitment processes, competencies modeling, and career management. Prior to this role, Sofia worked as an HR Technician and HR Assistant at Ramazzotti and Carrefour, respectively, where responsibilities included occupational health and safety, temporary work management, and payroll support. Sofia holds an Executive Master in Business Management and a Licentiate degree in Human Resources Management, both from Iscte - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa.
