Angelica has worked for several companies since 2021. Angelica began their career at Talent Hire as a Freelance Recruiter. Angelica then moved on to Universitas Katolik Indonesia Atma Jaya where they held the roles of Assistant Lecturer of Psychometric Course and Neuropsychology Research Tester. In 2021, they became a Talent Acquisition Intern at HappyFresh and a Freelance Recruiter at Ravenry. In 2022, they took on the role of Talent Acquisition Intern (Tech) at Mekari and People Partner - Tech & Product at CrediBook (YC W22).

Angelica attended SMA Negeri 6 Jakarta from 2016 to 2018, where they studied Science. Angelica then attended Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia from 2018 to 2022, where they are studying Psychology. Angelica also holds an EF SET English Certificate 76/100 (C2 Proficient), which was obtained from EF Standard English Test (EF SET).
