Fabio Andrés Riaño Arango

Fabio Andrés Riaño Arango is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in credit management and risk assessment. Currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Credit Administration and Controls at Credicorp Bank, S.A. since February 2023, Fabio has also held the position of Partner & Senior Consultant at Riaño Arango Consultores since September 2016, specializing in risk management and financial health. Prior to these roles, Fabio was the Executive Vice President of Credit Risk at St. Georges Bank, overseeing a $1.2 billion portfolio across multiple Central American countries, and held several key positions at Citi, including Risk Vice-President for various sectors across Latin America. Fabio began the career as a Credit and Business Analyst at BankBoston. Educational qualifications include a Master of Engineering in Engineering Management from the University of Louisville and a Bachelor in Administrative Industrial Engineering from Universidad Católica Santa María La Antigua.
