Axel Pozo Hammar

Axel Pozo Hammar is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors. Currently serving as the Regional Managing Director for Technology at Credicorp Capital since September 2018, Axel is responsible for driving technology initiatives. Prior experience includes a tenure as CIO and Head of Information Technology at Pacífico Seguros from August 2009 to August 2018, overseeing all technology functions, including development and user support. Previous roles also include Senior Manager at Accenture and Business Systems Architect at Adidas Salomon. Axel holds a Master’s degree in Project Analysis, Finance and Investment from the University of York and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business Administration with a focus on Business Systems Development from the University of Skövde.
