Javiera Contente

Javiera Contente currently serves as Vice President of Legal at Credicorp Capital, a position held since March 2017, following roles as Senior Associate and Associate. In this capacity, Javiera provides comprehensive legal advice on various matters including capital markets, securities placement, M&A transactions, and corporate governance. Prior experience includes serving as a Lawyer for Fundación Credicorp Capital, where assistance was provided to an NGO in strategy development, and at Morales & Besa, focusing on major project financing. Involvement with Fundación Pro Bono Chile includes legal guidance for multiple NGOs in their foundation processes. Javiera holds a law degree and a licenciatura in legal and social sciences from Universidad de los Andes, obtained between 2008 and 2012.
