Jimmy Francis Lam Chang

Jimmy Francis Lam Chang has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Jimmy Francis started their career at Banco del Sur del Perú as the Jefe de Operaciones Especiales y Cobranzas, where they supervised and controlled credit operations. Jimmy Francis then moved to Banco Santander Central Hispano, where they served as the Jefe de Custodia de Valores y Fideicomisos and was responsible for overseeing all custody and trust operations. After that, they joined Banco de Crédito BCP as the Jefe de Sección de Control Interno in the Division of Mercado de Capitales and later became the Sub Gerente Adjunto in the Division of GDA - Gestion de Activos. Currently, they are working at Credicorp Capital as the Vice Presidente Regional Operaciones Fondos. In this role, they are responsible for supervising market operations and ensuring the proper functioning of settlement and clearing processes. Jimmy Francis also holds a Bachiller degree in Administración y gestión de empresas from Universidad Ricardo Palma, which they completed between 2005 and 2009. Furthermore, they pursued further studies at EADA Business School, where they acquired a Master en Liderazgo degree starting in 2014.
