Lenny Miranda Escalona

Lenny Miranda Escalona has extensive work experience in the field of UX design. They started their career in 2011 as a Senior Digital Designer at SINFO Deportes and later worked as a Web Designer at INDER from 2008 to 2015. In 2013, they also worked as a Web Designer at Comite Olimpico Peruano. Lenny then transitioned to a role as an Interaction Designer at MDP CONSULTING S.A.C in 2016 before becoming a Digital Design Leader at Tekton Labs for a few months in the same year. They then worked as an Analyst User Experience at Grupo el Comercio - Perú, focusing on improving classified portals. In 2018, Lenny joined Indra as an Especialista en Experiencia de Usuario, working on agile ideation teams. They later joined Solera Mobile as a Senior UX Designer from 2018 to 2019. Lenny continued their career at Continuum HQ, where they served as a Senior UX Designer from 2019 to 2021. Currently, they are employed at Credicorp Capital, first as a UX Expert from 2021 to 2022 and then as a UX Design Lead from 2022. In their current role, Lenny is responsible for highlighting the importance of UX and ensuring its implementation across the organization, while also leading projects such as the construction of a new corporate website.

Lenny Miranda Escalona completed a Licenciatura in Comunicación Visual from ISDi between 2007 and 2011. From 2004 to 2008, they obtained a Técnico Superior degree in Realización Digital y de Proyectos from the Instituto Politécnico de Diseño Industrial, specializing in Diseño de Productos Digitales. In 2018, Lenny Miranda Escalona pursued a short-term course in UX Estratégico at Repensar Educativo. They also achieved additional certifications in UX Management from the Nielsen Norman Group, Insights for Innovation from IDEO U, UX-PM 3 - Liderazgo UX from UXalliance, and Human-Computer Interaction - HCI from The Interaction Design Foundation.
