Maikel Awad Donoso

Maikel Awad Donoso is an accomplished technology and systems professional with extensive experience in the banking sector. Currently serving as Director de Tecnología y Sistemas at Credicorp Capital Chile since November 2016, Maikel previously held various leadership roles at Banco Penta from 2007 to 2016, culminating in the positions of Gerente de Operaciones y Tecnología and Gerente de Procesos. Additionally, Maikel's early career included a consultative role at Telefonica Chile, where significant improvements in internal processes and cost management were achieved. Maikel holds a Master en Ingeniería de Negocios con Tecnologías de la Información and an Ingeniero Civil Industrial degree from Universidad de Chile.
