Ximena Cuadros Iberico

Ximena Cuadros Iberico has extensive experience in the field of human resources and management. Ximena worked at Banco de Credito del Peru for a significant portion of their career, starting as an Analyst of Benefits before gradually moving up the ranks to become a Gerente de Area Planeamiento y Desarrollo Comercial. Ximena later served as a Gerente de Asesoría en Gestión y Desarrollo Humano, a Gerente Adjunto de Asesoría en Gestión y Desarrollo Humano, and finally as a Managing Director of Gestión y Desarrollo Humano. Ximena then joined Credicorp Capital as a Managing Director of the same field. Ximena has been working in the industry since at least 2000.
