Kristy Hutchinson is a highly experienced HR professional with a focus on employee experience and corporate affairs. Kristy has worked at Credigy since 2005, starting as a Human Resources Generalist/Junior Recruiter and progressing to various positions such as Senior Human Resources Generalist/Recruiter, Manager of Employee Experience and Corporate Affairs, and Senior Manager of Employee Experience and Corporate Affairs. In their current role as Director, Employee Experience & Corporate Affairs, Kristy oversees recruiting efforts, new hire onboarding, benefits administration, immigration management, facilities support, and employee programming and events.
