Helga Strazimiri

Helga Strazimiri is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in investment banking and monetary policy. Currently serving as the Manager of Investment Banking at CREDINS bank since January 2023, Helga previously held significant roles at the Bank of Albania, including Head of the Monetary Policy Implementation Unit and Head of the Central Securities Depositary Unit, where responsibilities included adapting regulatory frameworks to legal and market changes. Helga also led the Banking Supervision Methodology Unit at the Bank of Albania, ensuring compliance with EU directives. Earlier in the career, Helga was the Head of Macroeconomic Research & ALCO Unit at Raiffeisen Bank Albania, focusing on hedging strategies and analyzing macroeconomic indicators, as well as managing the money market portfolio in the Treasury Dealing Room.
