Andrea Carson

Andrea Carson is an experienced professional in sales and marketing analytics, currently serving as Director of Sales & Marketing Analytics and Director of Operations Analytics at Credit Acceptance since March 2013. In this role, Andrea oversees operational analysis through Workforce Management, Speech Analytics, and other analytics teams. With prior experience as Senior Manager of Operations Analytics and Analytics Solutions Manager at Credit Acceptance, Andrea performed comprehensive analyses to improve business performance throughout the loan lifecycle and developed monitoring reports for testing initiatives. Before rejoining Credit Acceptance, Andrea worked as Manager of Business Intelligence at Marketing Associates, providing consulting services in marketing and risk initiatives for automotive financing companies. Andrea began the career as a Portfolio Analyst and held multiple analytical and support roles within Credit Acceptance, focusing on report automation and analytical research to support decision-making. Andrea holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Wayne State University and has a foundational education from Grand Valley State University.
