Carol Kassab

Carol Kassab, PHR, is a seasoned corporate recruiter with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources management. Currently serving as a Corporate Recruiter at Credit Acceptance since August 2013, Carol focuses on hiring consultative sales professionals for one of Fortune's Top 100 Places to Work. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Technical and Aviation Recruiter at Quanta Staffing Solutions, Inc., and as the Assistant Director at Wayne State University's Office of International Students and Scholars, where key responsibilities included managing HR processes and conducting diversity training. Notably, Carol launched an automated tool that significantly reduced processing times for foreign employee requests. Additionally, Carol served as the NAFSA Conference Chair, responsible for planning the Region V Conference in Detroit. Carol holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Siena Heights University and a Bachelor's degree from Wayne State University.
