Debbie Mazer

Debbie Mazer has extensive work experience in the financial industry, with a focus on human resources. Debbie currently holds the position of Chief People Officer at Financial Technology Partners / FT Partners since November 2019. Prior to this, they worked at Barclays from 2012 to 2019, serving as the Director of HR for Barclays International and the Americas from November 2016 to November 2019, and as the Director of Global HR Business Partner for the Investment Bank from October 2012 to November 2016. Before joining Barclays, Debbie Mazer held the role of Senior Vice President of Human Resources Executive - Global Markets Sales and Trading at Bank of America Merrill Lynch from June 2011 to September 2012. Debbie began their career at Morgan Stanley in 2000 and worked as the Executive Director of Human Resources - Global Head of Fixed Income Human Resources from September 2000 to June 2011.

Debbie Mazer obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with a minor in Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis.
