Tom Wilson

Tom Wilson is an experienced technology leader currently serving as Vice President of Platform and Tools at Credit Acceptance since October 2023. Previously, Tom held the position of Vice President of Technology at Avant, where oversight included product engineering, platform infrastructure, and IT organizations, along with modernizing the digital lending platform. Tom has extensive experience in engineering roles, including Vice President of Engineering at LendUp, where instrumental achievements included the rapid implementation of a full-service banking product. Tom's career also includes senior positions at Collective Health, PayPal, Caterpillar Inc., ThoughtWorks, Trysoft, and the Department of Public Works, demonstrating a strong background in software engineering and team leadership. Tom earned a Bachelor of Information Technology in Internet Computing from Griffith University.
