Elsayed Gamal

Elsayed Gamal is an experienced IT professional currently serving as an Information Technology Operations Specialist at Credit Agricole Egypt since June 2022. Previously, Elsayed held various positions at HSBC from May 2011 to June 2022, including Collaboration Technologies Country Lead and Digital Workplace Tech Manager, supporting IT operations for the MENA region with expertise in incident and crisis management, data center management, and the implementation and integration of IT projects. Elsayed has also provided second-level support and analysis for various systems, demonstrating a solid foundation in both operational management and technical support. Elsayed holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of the District of Columbia and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Modern Academy Maadi.
