Samir Saad is an experienced IT governance and management professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Head of IT Governance and PMO at Crédit Agricole since September 2006, Samir's responsibilities include IT risk management, quality management, IT finance, security operations monitoring, and overseeing project management. Significant achievements include the successful establishment of a new data center and ensuring seamless client service during its transition. Samir has also held key positions such as Head of Change Management and Project Management COE-Paris, and Head of Project Management and Business Continuity Planning, contributing to bank transformation and continuity planning. Previous experiences include roles at Calyon Bank and Credit Lyonnais, where Samir focused on IT project risk management, strategic development, and centralizing core banking systems.
