Ferruccio de Bernard has a diverse work experience. Ferruccio started their career at Accenture as a Junior Analyst and eventually became a Manager, specializing in change management, training, and organization. Ferruccio joined Intesa Sanpaolo as the Head of HR Development, where they redesigned the HR strategy and implemented various systems for professional development, skills assessment, and compensation management. Later, they served as the General Manager of Exelia S.r.l., a back-office company of the Intesa Sanpaolo Group. At Crédit Agricole Italia, they held several roles, including Head of HR Planning and Development, Head of HR at Crédit Agricole Group Solutions, M&A HR Manager, HR Strategic Project Leader, and currently, they serve as the HR Transformation Lead. Throughout their career, Ferruccio has gained expertise in change management, transformation processes, and establishing center of excellence.
Ferruccio de Bernard studied Economics at the Università degli Studi di Trieste from 1983 to 1988.
