Michela Santi has extensive experience in Human Resources and Training, currently serving as the International Relations Business Partner for Human Resources at Crédit Agricole Italia since July 2016, where responsibilities include managing HR exchanges between the French headquarters and Italy, as well as coordinating international assignments. Previously, Michela held positions in training and development at leading companies such as Mondelēz International, Luxottica, and Barilla, where key achievements included implementing training strategies and performance management tools tailored to local needs in South Europe. A strong educational background includes a Counseling Diploma in Transactional Analysis and advanced degrees in Corporate Communication and Law Studies.
