Raphael Jocelyn

Raphael Jocelyn has extensive experience in the financial services industry, primarily with Crédit Agricole CIB since July 2004, where Raphael currently serves as Program Director for Capital Markets - US Regulation and Head of the Capital Market Data Office. Raphael has spearheaded several key initiatives, including the MIFID2 project for the Global Markets Trading Division and has held various leadership roles focusing on strategy implementation, cost monitoring, and regulatory compliance. Prior to Crédit Agricole CIB, Raphael worked at Credit Agricole Indosuez, where achievements included building a successful Multi-Product Sales Desk and conducting internal audits that enhanced risk management processes. Raphael possesses a Master’s degree in Engineering with a focus on Finance and Mathematics from McGill University.
