Richard Hughes

Richard Hughes is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Managing Director of Leveraged Distribution at Crédit Agricole CIB since July 2017. Prior roles include Director of Capital Markets in Leveraged Finance at Commerzbank from January 2008 to April 2017, and a position in the Debt Syndication Execution team at ING Bank for a year in 2007. Richard's career began as the Founder of Rexis from January 2001 to January 2005, and included roles in overseas sales and business development at THI from February 2005 to January 2007, as well as teaching English at JET from 1999 to 2001. Richard holds a Ba Hons degree in Economics from Newcastle University, completed in 1999, and attended St Georges School, Windsor Castle from 1986 to 1992.
