Sachita More began their work experience in 2015 at CRISIL Limited as a Senior Rating Analyst. Sachita contributed to the organization until December 2020. In 2022, they joined CareEdge Group as a Lead Analyst, where they currently hold the position.

From 2013 to 2015, Sachita More pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance and Financial Management Services at Sinhgad Institute of Management.
