Ardeahsyah Alimudin

Ardeahsyah Alimudin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational excellence and process improvement across various industries. Currently serving as Assistant Vice President at CGC Malaysia since May 2022, Ardeahsyah has successfully led initiatives that reduced manual tasks by 97% across multiple departments. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Manager at RHB Banking Group, where best practices were standardized across regional branches, and as Operational Excellence & Customer Experience Manager at ZALORA Group, where a Lean Champion program was established. Ardeahsyah began a career at Smart Glove International, progressing from Senior Engineer to Lean Six Sigma Engineer Head of Department, and has held roles at GE Aviation and Meridian Biz Management. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Universiti Putra Malaysia.
