Alicia Wood is an experienced professional in product design and user experience, currently serving as Senior Manager of Product Design at Credit Karma since November 2021. Alicia's career includes progressive roles at Capital One, starting as a Senior User Experience Designer, and at United Income from Capital One as a User Experience Designer. Prior experiences include working as a Technical Writer and Process Analyst at JPMorgan Chase & Co., as well as various positions at CIBC, where responsibilities included project leadership and technical writing. Alicia is also a former Freelance Web and Graphic Designer.
