Victoria McLeod has a diverse work experience in marketing and advertising. Victoria is currently the Head of Marketing, Insurance at Credit Karma, where they drive growth for the Insurance vertical by developing and executing marketing strategies. Victoria was also the first marketing hire for the Auto vertical at Credit Karma and successfully launched their owned channel marketing strategy, resulting in a 5000% revenue growth within the first 6 months for the Insurance business. Victoria's current focus is on crafting the marketing strategy and delivering growth for Credit Karma's new lifecycle product, Karma Drive.

Prior to their role at Credit Karma, Victoria worked as an Associate Director at iProspect from 2017 to 2019. Before that, they held the position of Media Planner & Buyer at M&C Saatchi Mobile from 2015 to 2016. At M&C Saatchi Mobile, Victoria was responsible for allocating a $12M performance advertising budget for Amazon apps and successfully increased app installs by 33% year-over-year. Victoria also improved workflow between LA and UK teams and established new internal process documentation.

Victoria McLeod obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Integrated Marketing Communication from Pepperdine University, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. Following this, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a Marketing Concentration at Pepperdine Graziadio Business School from 2013 to 2015. In August 2017, they obtained a Digital Media Buying & Planning Certification from the IAB.
