Dawn Nix

Dawn Nix has extensive work experience in various roles related to information systems, business analysis, and project management. Dawn has worked at Credit Management Company as a Director of Information Systems, leading client onboarding projects and managing a team of specialists. Dawn has also served as a Senior Business Analyst at both Credit Management Company and PNC, where they developed SharePoint sites, created macros to improve report generation, and documented process flows for departments. At PNC, they also held positions such as Line of Business Risk Lead, Organizational Change Consultant, Technology Methodology Consultant, Business Systems Analyst Lead, Quality Assurance Analyst Lead, and Sr. Business Systems Analyst. Additionally, Dawn worked as a Business Analyst at EDMC and as a Systems Analyst and Programmer Analyst at Copperweld. Dawn'searly experience includes work as a Software Engineer at Union Switch and Signal. Dawn's roles have involved analyzing data, generating reports, improving processes, and implementing new systems.

Dawn Nix graduated from Woodland Hills High School in 1992 with a diploma in General. Dawn then attended Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania from 1992 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems with a concentration in Management. In addition to their formal education, Dawn obtained the Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certificate in September 2013 and became a Certified Business Analysis Professional through the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) in April 2012.
