Eric Gapinski has over 18 years of experience in operational leadership within the financial and collections industries. Currently serving as Director of Call Center Operations at The CMI Group, Inc. since June 2012, Eric has effectively managed teams and enhanced operational efficiency. Prior to this role, Eric held the position of Director of Collections at The Affiliated Group from June 2012 to December 2017, and earlier worked as Director of Operations at Pinnacle Financial Group from 2005 to 2012.
