Tim Branstiter

Tim Branstiter, SHRM-CP, currently serves as Human Resource Manager at Credit Management Services, Inc., a position held since August 2008. In this role, Tim oversees various human resource functions, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, retention, training, employee engagement, and development, alongside negotiating salaries and fostering employee culture. Previously, from September 1995 to August 2008, Tim worked as an Instructor at the Nebraska Law Enforcement Training Center, where responsibilities included training new recruits, teaching advanced courses, supervising recruits, and mentoring. Tim holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Bellevue University and an Associate of Science in Business Administration from Central Community College.
